Accepted Payment Information

Nine Little Months is happy to accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Paypal allows anyone with an email address to securely send online payments using a credit card, a bank account or a debit card. To pay for your order using PayPal, please place your order online and choose PayPal as your payment option when you check out.

NLM Shipping Information

Currently Nine Little Months only ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii and does not ship to US territories or internationally, with the exception of APO's and FPO's. Note that we ship to APO's and FPO's at the same flat rate of $8 for orders under $70.00

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and it will generally take 2-3 business days for delivery within the Continental U.S.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For shipments we charge a flat shipping fee of $8.00 on orders under $70.00 (before sales tax). All orders over $70.00 (before sales tax) ship for FREE! In the event that you received free shipping due to an order being over $70, and then you return some items, you will be charged the original flat rate shipping fee if your order now totals less than $70.

We know that you are excited to receive your order, so we try to ship items within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. Occasionally this is not possible, but we do try. At a maximum, orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email, with the applicable USPS Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation Number, as soon as your order has shipped. This email will contain all the information that we have regarding the shipment of your order.

Unfortunately we cannot control a shipment once it has been given to the carrier. We cannot therefore be responsible for any delays due to weather or the carrier. We are also not responsible for lost-in-transit packages.

If you require insurance or a special shipping method please call and let us know, or place a note on your order. If you are calling, please call within 1 hour of placing your order. We do our best to process orders swiftly and so we require immediate notification of any special shipping requests. Please note that you will be billed the exact freight cost / insurance fee that we are charged for any special shipping requests. We are happy to accommodate any special shipping requests wherever possible.


Packaging

We try to reuse packaging wherever possible, so you may receive your shipment in a previously-used box and some of the packing materials may be used/wrinkled Christmas/Birthday wrapping paper. We think it's good to reduce, reuse and recycle.


Sales Tax

All California residents will be subject to an 8% sales tax.


Satisfaction Guarantee / Returns Policy

While we are sure that you will love the merchandise from Nine Little Months, we do understand that there are times when things aren't quite as you expected and you need to return items. On request, we will send you a prepaid label so you can return any items you are not 100% satisfied with.

We will happily accept returns of product so long as there is an original product label attached to the item(s) and you request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning them. To obtain an RMA#, you can either email us at customerservice@ninelittlemonths.com or call us on 949-300-3418.

Your merchandise refund, excluding the flat rate $6 returns charge and any outbound shipping charges (if applicable - see note below regarding orders that are originally over $70), will be issued on all items returned within these guidelines. The refund credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

If your original order total was above $70 (and you therefore received free shipping) and in returning items your order total falls below $70, you will receive a refund for the returned items minus the original flat rate shipping fee. This flat rate shipping fee will be charged as your order now totals less than $70.

For your merchandise refund (subject to above restrictions), return shipments need to have a post mark that is within 21 days of the original shipment date (the shipment date from Nine Little Months to customer).

Any return with a postmark that is 22-29 days after the original ship date (the shipment date from Nine Little Months to customer) will receive a refund (subject to above restrictions), however the returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Any return with a postmark that is 30 days after the original ship date (the shipment date from Nine Little Months to customer) will be returned to sender.

Returns will only be refunded when they are received at the Nine Little Months address. Nine Little Months is not responsible for any lost-in-transit- packages.

Packages returned because of an invalid shipping address are considered returns, and the above return policy applies with respect to shipping charges.

Note that any orders placed before May 7th 2012, will receive our expired Free Returns offer, and will not be charged a $6 returns fee. Orders placed on or after May 8th 2012 are subject to the $6 flat rate returns policy as described above.


Coupons with a Minimum Order Value

If you are using a coupon that requires a minimum order value and by returning items your new order total falls below the minimum order value, that coupon discount is no longer valid on any items on that order. Therefore, the items that you have kept (and are not returning) will be charged at the full price and the refund for the returned items will be adjusted accordingly.


Canceling / Changing an Order

Orders can be changed or cancelled prior to shipping. Please contact us via email at customerservice@ninelittlemonths.com or by telephone at 949-300-3418 as soon as possible. In the event we've already shipped your order, you can return it to us per our Returns Policy (see Satisfaction Guarantee / Returns Policy above regarding your liability for shipping fees). In this event, you will be liable for shipping (if applicable) and return shipping.


Gift Wrapping

We offer a superb gift wrapping service for $8.00. Gift wrapping means your item(s) will ship in a special eco-friendly gift box, with a matching ribbon/bow and a hand written card. Please indicate your preferences during check out.


Other Things to Note

Please note that due to variations in color monitors we cannot guarantee that the color that you see on your screen is the exact color of the garment. The garment color may have some minor variations from the color displayed on your monitor.

We have provided the sizing chart as an estimate of size, and as such the measurements are approximate. Please be sure to compare these measurements to other garments that you like the size of, and not to measurements on your body.

The digital images on this site (or used on any other site in a Nine Little Months advertisement) cannot be reproduced for anything other than personal use. Republication, retransmission, reproduction or other use of the digital images is prohibited.

Some clothes are pinned to the mannequin size for the purpose of display. No other alteration to the display of the clothes has been done.


Nine Little Months Grade:

   A+  item is "new" and has tags.
A item looks new.
A- item does not look new, but it is in good condition.
B+ item is either in a clearly used state or it is in good condition with a slight flaw. The product page will include details of the flaw and will usually include a photograph.
Note that I do my best to advertise any flaws that I see in the garments for sale on my site. However, I might miss a few, and if that happens on an item that you purchase, please feel free to contact me for a return shipping label and a refund (see Returns Policy above).
